General Requirements
- Copy of National Identity Card (ID Card)
- Deed of Establishment and/or Amendment of the Company (if the application is submitted on behalf of a company)
- Applicant's/Company's Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
- Spatial Utilization Conformity Approval (PKKPR)
- Land Title Certificate or Other Proof of Land Ownership
- Business Domicile Certificate (if still applicable)
Technical Requirements
- Application Letter for Building Permit (PBG)
- City/Regency Planning Information Letter (KRK) (if the building is located outside an industrial estate)
- Site Plan approved by the Industrial Estate Authority or Local Government
- Copy of AMDAL, RKL-UPL, or SPPL Recommendation issued by the Environmental Agency or Industrial Estate Authority
- Copy of the Permit Recommendation or Technical Details for the Hazardous Waste Temporary Storage Facility (TPS B3) issued by the Environmental Agency or Industrial Estate Authority (for industrial or warehouse buildings).
- Architectural As-Built Drawings (including Site Plan, Floor Plans, Elevations, and Sections)
- Structural As-Built Drawings (including foundation, substructure, and superstructure drawings)
- Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) As-Built Drawings (including drawings of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations)
